Stockport Tickets Problem

I have logged into my One Orient account where I find two tickets reserved for Saturday
But when I go to basket and payment I am being told I have exceeded my entitlement and cannot complete the purchase.
I’ve tried multiple times to get past that ticketmaster conundrum. I have two season tickets and the ones in my basket are mine. But no joy with paying for them.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing same problem?
Is the ticket office open tomorrow? If so I think I’ll have to go down there in person rather than risk losing my tickets.

No - both tickets are on my acct. I attend with my daughter
One of life’s great pleasures is going footy with her, which we have done since she was 8 years old

If your still having issues, ring Jamie on the tickets sales on Tuesday, she is really helpful

I couldn’t buy my sons season ticket and had to create him an account and then reassign the season ticket before it would let me buy it

I was dreading the buying tickets online nightmare and have just purchased my four whilst in Greece with rubbish internet. They were reserved and the purchase went through with no problem. You must be one of the unlucky ones. It’s happened to me before

As RTW says, you need to create an account for your daughter then 'assign' the ticket to her, it will then let you purchase.

I had the same problem but fiddled around with various webpages and logging in again and I got them OK. As my IT guy used to say when my company had an IT problem and I asked him what it was, "it's probably a Microsoft thing" was his usual answer. Email "Ticketing" and they'll sort you out.

I’ve already Emailed ‘Ticketing’ as I’m buying tickets for 3 of us and can’t be bothered with all this reassigning of accounts etc
“Jamie” is always very helpful and I expect to get a call from her on Tuesday

Check it didn’t go through.

I had a problem with the site crashing when buying our tickets, it looked like the transaction hadn’t completed and was just hanging. No email was received either

But when I logged back in, tickets had been purchased and was able to resend myself the email so all good.

Yeah, definitely waste our staffs time at the busiest time of the season because you can’t be bothered to take two seconds to link accounts.

How much are you going to resell them to the Johnny come latelys for? I reckon you could get at least £75 each.

Going to try again today.
Not sure who Reverend is accusing of profiteering here.
All I want to do is buy two tickets as per my TWO season tickets so I can attend as per usual with my daughter

Some people are saying she only went to City and home and wants to go to Stockport on Saturday. What do you say to those people?

One thing I know is that every fan who went Huddersfield should be guaranteed a ticket rather than the glory hunters

Hundreds of glory hunters at Huddersfield, didn't see them at Rotherham, Burton, and Mansfield.

Who cares, they still made the effort to make the long trip north and they boosted our away following which looked a good reflection on our club.
