With the away leg at Stockport being 8 pm should the club provide FREE coach trip and a reduced price on the ticket as a Thank you to all the supporters who have followed them away this season.

Why should the club lose money for poor decisions by the EFL?

At some point we should stand up to the EFL or they will continue to have it in for us.

Can't make it anyway. I'll be able to stream it from overseas for the first time this season, due to holidays.

No - the 2nd leg has been midweek for decades. Part of the perceived advantage of coming 3rd/4th.

Irrespective of the lose of money. It is the clubs way of saying thank you to the fans. Don’t blame the EFL the dates are set out by Sky to suit them. I see the final at Wembley is 1 pm

What is the poor decision by the EFL?
The Saturday and Tuesday / Wednesday format has been the same since the late 80s.
Nothing has changed.

But it’s an 8:00pm kick off to suit TV, instead of 7:45

What a silly post.
It's not our clubs fault of the dates & ko times.
It's been like this for years.
When we played Peters in 2014 it was a 12.30 ko away & 8.00 at home, it all depends on where you finish & end up playing.
Why are some supporters still finding something to moan about when we've actually got into the playoffs in the first place.
Free coach travel..seriously.
There's no pleasing some people.
You know what if you can't afford it I'll pay it for you if you genuinely want to go.

But given it's the 2nd leg & so may go to ET & penalties, does the 15 minutes make any difference?

Don’t blame Sky , the EFL are more than happy to take their money and allow fixtures to be modified to suit the TV audience. It’s up to the EFL to either drive a harder bargain or go without the cash.

The club lost £4m last season.
Of course, that's other people's money so probably doesn't concern you.
If you're happy to help them bridge that gap, then no doubt they'll be more easily able to lay on free (free to you, not them) coach travel.
Just a thought.........

It’s nonsense anyway. The 800-1,200 or whatever it is that go to Stockport haven’t gone away all season. Thats only 3-400 of them.

Maybe you are forgetting the free coaches the club put on for Wrexham? If you cant afford it, you cant go. Simple.

Stupid post.
Away fans put their hard earned into going, but that goes to the home club. What you actually want is the home fans that contribute to our club with their hard earned to support the away fans - without any guarantee that its gone to those week in - week out hardcore away fans (who probably don't mind dipping in for an extra game since its the pay off's).
