Bloody hell that’s early. I thought leaving Leigh at 8 was early enough.

People call us a small club but that support today, and for most the season home and away has been first class.

Twas fun!

The journey was a breeze, 370 miles round trip.

And the HT fans were polite and welcoming.

Something has changed.

Richie talked very wisely in his interview about how we as a club have to go through days like that to grow. We would not have taken that many to a game like that in the 2014 season. I doubt we took anywhere near that to the play off first leg v Peterborough. Some of that growth has already happened.

Guess we’ll find out by how much in the bun fight for the 1,250 Stockport tickets from the 4,500 ST holders.

1,250? They gave us 850 for the away game earlier in the season

I imagine that’s all we needed.

It’s a number I saw somewhere yesterday, don’t quote me on it.

They can fit 1,354 in the away end. https://www.stockportcounty.com/wp-con ... n-Pack.pdf

With it being a long distance midweek late kick off, no trains home, and televised, competition for tickets might not be quite so intense.
