I don’t understand the 10 more years thing, I mean if the club offered him a new 10 year contract I wouldn't really be that happy. Also, that would bring him up to 50 and I can’t really see him starting at that age. A few cameos off the bench perhaps.

It takes quite a bit of editing skill to make a surprise 40th birthday party feel like a dead soldier’s funeral

Lovely tribute to a special player.
I don`t think it should be overstated, but results did improve after he started to play more on a regular basis from early December.

It's just in tribute to how much the supporters value him . Not to be taken literally .
