I see Scotland's shame have been charged by UEFA again for racist singing. One more and they will be out the Europa and without that cash they will be bust by Xmas.

They have been instructed to leave 3,000 seats empty at the next Europa game and display a banner saying equal game which is exactly the same punishment for their last racist conviction.
Meanwhile the club have said they will not take any tickets for the next away game presumably because they can't be trusted not to be racist.

Not sure it was wise to put them together with Young Boys given their ongoing Peedo scandal but UEFA know best.

Google throws up things about the Catholic Bhoy's Club when I google Rangers! Can't see anything to suggest Rangers involved in any such scandal. Do you have a link to story, or got details?
Its not something I am aware of as I don't follow foreign football

Why would I be up to date with legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions?
The Scottish Legal System has a very different basis to the English one. Scottish Law is based largely on the Roman Law system, English Law is based primarily on Cannon Law.
English & Scottish lawyers are not interchangeable
