You would have thought the Os would be a much better proposition than they were just a few months previously.

Money talks and we are whispering at this moment unfortunately.

He's joining them on loan, which isn't an option for us and which hopefully suggests he wasn't out target.

Puts a slightly different perspective on things if it’s a loan not an option for us is it, this window is always difficult for us.

Yes , we have struggled in these last few January windows . Last January was especially disappointing

Might Ennis not have been an option if the proposed permanent deal for Perkins had gone through?

Compared to last Jan we've already surpassed it by signing two players that have actually played men's first team football.

We ended up playing Cooper up front on Tuesday for the last few minutes, so could go with that again if Kelman wilts towards the end...

Yes someone RW doesn't want.
Don't worry though Dan Agyei will be back start of February so Kelman is allowed to be injured for a week or 2 then

We’ve got DJ, Sweens or Coops who can play upfront, with Keeley has a back up. So no sweat, a plethora of attacking riches. Besides, DA will be back in a few weeks time ready to break down again. We don’t really want to go up this season, do we, that would just be daft.

Someone should let the club know we need a striker.

We don’t want anymore injuries. The next 3 matches are crucial if we want to remain in the mix for the playoffs. We badly need a C/F so that if Dan Agyei and O’Neil don’t return as stated Kelman has Some help upfront. We have made a bit of money from our cup runs
for us to buy a permanent signing. If the money is not given to RW then questions should be asked .According to RW we lost a player this week because we could not agree a fee that we wanted. Sometimes we need to push the boat out and go for it

Money is used for decent wages on higher level players dropping down, as for no more injuries
You don't do Irony do you? :D

It's one thing having money and another being able to spend it. finding an affordable decent striker at this time of year isn't easy. RW said last week he has money to spend "burning a hole in his pocket" but we won't pay inflated prices.

If it’s a player that he really fancies that we can capitalise on later we should go for it.I know at this time of year clubs want to keep their good players particularly goal scorers but we have needed a good no 9 for so long we should be able to pay for one. Peterborough seem to find them.

I agree . If we're serious about making the play offs this player could make all the difference. It might be worth pushing the boat out on this one .
