Fits the mould. Young with potential that we can sell for a big fee. Lots of positive comments from Swansea fans

I've never heard of him before so I have no idea if he's a good signing or not . I take it he's the midfielder who can play out wide that Richie was talking about .

Looking on the Swansea forum some fans like him others say he has not progressed enough to play in the championship. A defensive midfielder was not a player on RW list. Perhaps they have received a transfer fee from a higher up club for Obearo that they cannot refuse

Sounds like he's a 10 who can fill in out wide? We don't have an alternative to Donley in that role and need another wing option still, given that DJ probably won't ever be fit enough to start regularly.

Swansea fans speaking highly of him is encouraging

Anyone know where he plays? ‘Midfielder’ is quite a loose term these days.

A fair few Swans fans seem genuinely surprised they'd sell him. Described as a DMC so not a Donley replacement/back-up, also fairly unanimous in saying he's no good out wide. Bit of an odd one.

We still don’t really have a natural 4/6 - Brown, Ball Pratley and Obeiro are all 8s. Clare likes to get on too when playing in midfield.

Didn’t Richie mention 3 players ? I’m thinking maybe we’re trying to sign 3 players over all . Still to sign the midfielder who can play out wide and a striker .

Seems a bit mad to play a DM as a winger but would explain why their fans feel like he's not been given a fair crack.

Could either read this as planning for next season without Pratley, maybe Ball and probably Galbraith, or that we're losing a player this window (either transferred or injured). Does mean we have what 9 players for the 2 central midfielder positions now?

Sounds like replacement for Dom Ball, realisation that we’re never going to get more than 15-20 games a season out of Dom

Still no one know if he's a 10 or a 4/6?

Maybe Richie is starting the rebuild for next season now.

We will be without many of this seasons players, next season. All 5 loanees will go back to their parent clubs (probably), Many of the contracted players, will come to the end of their contracts, and some will move on, i expect. We could be 10 or 12 players short, in the summer, so signing a few now, might make sense.
Richie has my 100% trust, so if he wants Azeem here, then its ok with me

What’s happened to Warrington?

Ling in a podcast last week said they are looking to loan Warrington out to a L2 club.
Said there was a lot of interest when we signed him, so doesn’t anticipate any problem making it happen.
