  • It's killed off the 5-3-2 the fans hate
  • Both strikers got off the mark
  • Dennis got well involved
  • Come from behind win creates a buzz in the dressing room
  • RE gains more belief in his tactical decisions

No, just the fact we dont have the players to play it.

First penalty defo for me Marv wrong side of attacking player(aldershot springs to mind)
Second Penalty soft imo I know Widdowson put his hands on him but anywhere else on the field I think the ref would of played it on though I think it was initially the Lino who give it👎

We don’t hate it but it’s not doing us any favours at the moment.

Still need a variation in tactics so we cant play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 all the time.

Guess our defenders are still shaking off national league habits, got to get used to refs blowing up sooner and not letting players get away with as much as they've been used to the last two years. Though in fairness in any league if you haul on a striker in the box they're going to throw themselves on the floor unless they've got an easy shot they'd rather take and then the ref has to take a decision. Best not to force them to make decisions and just make sure you're on the right side of the attacker in the first place.

Could have just won 3-0 , but on the whole yes.
So much good it will mean a positive outlook for next couple of games. Crawley won't be looking forward to Saturday given they lost after taking the lead at home against Crewe. An Os win would leave them very nicely placed.

There is no harm in starting off 3-5-2 to hopefully keep a clean sheet and then moving to 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 in the second half to confuse the opposition.

It needs to be. It's day has been and gone.
