Out of his depth. The sooner we get a proper manager the better!
If we leave him in charge for 12 games we will be on our way back to the National League!

That's what I'm scared about and why I want an experienced manager brought in ASAP.

Always think we should give him a fair crack of the whip, but can anybody see us improving in the next couple of months?
I can’t.

No , it's not working and its pointless wasting any more time . It's now time to bring in a new experienced manager so he has time to sort this mess out.

We need an experienced manager asap
Big question mark about recruitment this summer - Bonne and Koroma out (£700K IN). We sign two players who don't (at present seem to be able to do the business)
532 at home - why?
Defence poor - not L2 standard
Maybe JE just got them playing at 110% - now they are at 80%
Unthinkable that we could drop down again
T&T - not a time for sentiment - I'd put the whole football side of the club under scrutiny - especially ML!

I reckon he has two games left to keep the job. Lose to Crawley and Salford and there will be a new head coach.

Two more loses coming up then because I honestly can't see things improving.

The two soft penalties against us tonight are obviously Embleton's fault too.

Yes.
It’s clear the players are not buying into him.
They probably think he’s a nice bloke but out of his depth.

One goal in five - RE's games - whilst shipping 7 away so far

There is no room for sentiment (we lost JE - terrible, RIP) but we just cannot afford to lose our League Status

5-3-2 clearly isn't working for us . I thought tonight we would have gone 4-4-2. It's time for a tactical change .

Keeping the faith. We will win 2-3
Give Ross a chance FFS it’s only 4 games. We will get better and we will be ok.
Let’s not press the panic button just yet.

What a joke. We should have had a pen and there's was a dive and we could be one all. Against a team everyone said was gonna win easily. That doesn't mean the system isn't working. People just need to be less pessimistic all the time

Penalties aside, he picks the team and format, unless someone else does!

We cannot to see if RE might become a reasonable manager overtime. We don't have that luxury - losing our league status would finish the club this time - need the best, most experienced manager in asap. The other reason for this is a hidden one - I believe that JE reduced ML's influence - I'm really not sure about the recruitment we have done - especially given the amount of cash that came in from selling our best x2 players.

Why?
I’ve seen nothing yet to suggest he has got what lt takes.
We have played some really weak teams and have struggled mainly due to how he sets the team up.
We are going to get some severe beatings in the next month when we play some stronger teams.

I've read these type of post's in the past during our relegation seasons.

Deep down I want to give him time. However, from seeing two games at home and reading comments from people at away games for some reason I can’t see anything changing. It can’t be allowed to get into a Steve Davis type rot situation where the the feeling around the club was awful.

Scoring only one goal in five games . Is it any wonder some of us are getting pessimistic
