Ticket availability

Sadly due to my work, distance from the ground and other factors I am nowadays an irregular visitor to Brisbane Road so tend to buy tickets quite late and online. I woke up this morning to see that there are zero tickets for sale which is obvs fab for the club and I must say that the Crawley game was one of the most entertaining games that I have seen there for a while and was hoping for more of the same today however do we think that it's likely to be worthwhile making a 3+ hour journey to try and score one from the ticket office? Cheers.

Feel bad for you and the club as there will easily be 500+ empty seats due to STH not putting on the ticket exchange.

Have you tried hospitality? I’d be surprised if there isn’t space. (Appreciate that’s not for everybody in terms of match day experience / budget / timings.

I actually feel bad for the club when there are almost or actually no seats available yet there are plenty of empty seats on the day that could be monetised. It only seems the other day that I was tossing coins from the North Terrace into the blanket that the players and staff were bring around the pitch.

I think the ticket office opens at 10:00 so best give them a buzz.

Can’t disagree with that.

You could see on Boxing Day how many ST holders didn’t turn up, but hadn’t put them on the ticket exchange.

If us fans are too lazy to help them out, the club need to take action. Maybe reserve the right to sell any seat if haven’t entered the ground before say 2:55pm?

I wonder what percentage of those STH that can’t attend and don’t put on the exchange don’t do so because they’re not tech savvy and don’t know how.

The club have just put another 100 tickets they’d held back on the website now. Get ‘em while they’re hot.

I didn't go boxing day due to family commitments , nobody wanted my ticket and I'm one of those not savvy enough to exchange it ☹️

I thought I’d listed mine last week but apparently hadn’t confirmed. There’s a TJS ticket up for grabs now. I also hadn’t confirmed my Crawley ticket so my seat went empty.

Maybe the club should offer Season Ticket holders more money to encourage them to put them on the ticket exchange.
So long as the club don’t lose money by doing this the ground could be full right up.

Biggest crowd for some time I think today
Somewhere in excess of 8900
And they saw a win

Maybe ST holders should stop being selfish fickers and go to the massively minor inconvenience of listing their unused ticket so as to benefit 1) the club and 2) fellow fans.

Used the ticket exchange for the first time today, seat was snapped up within about half an hour and the tenner will pay for the Derby game. Win/win and glad someone else could get along and see us win in my absence.

Congrats on being tech savvy enough to navigate your way through.

Yes I thought so too, I couldn’t see too many empty seats so maybe 8914 was the actual attendance 🤔
