Yes the first name on the title of this thread 😂

In all honesty I think Pep would struggle to do anything with this awful squad. We have not been so poor since the fanny from Italy owned this club.

Yup that's why I'd make changes further up and give Wellens the chance to rebuild his way

Having extended his contract I doubt we can afford to sack him.

Why ? This debacle is down to the clubs board for not backing him properly in the transfer market during the Summer . Going cheap with players like Perkins was never going to cut it .

May have to change the way he's managing a side that is rock bottom with confidence, not scoring goals, don't look like scoring goals, but very talented and promising players like Galbraith going through the motions. Don't know what's happened to this side but RW's got to unhappen it and start managing and getting the best out of a side that's lower mid table.

Apart from a weak strike force our midfield also looks short on quality . 38 year old Darren Pratley and Brown who's only a bench warming utility squad player .

RW is not a magician
The board and transfer committee are the problem
RW cannot turn L2 players into L1 players
You reap what you sow
We recruited L2 players and we will 💯 be relegated

I don’t think Richie should be sacked but let’s not kid ourselves to say he is blameless on the players walking in to this club. I am sure he had some if not a lot of input as to who comes in, especially the starting online up.

RW is a good manager but he can’t get away scott free for the performances and players. If he takes the credit when we play well he must take the flak when we are not.

Richie isn't the one who needs sacking . The clubs board are the people who should look at themselves in the mirror.

Have to say that our budget is killing us. Wycombe had Bakinson in midfield today he wasn't great but we tried to sign him in the summer and we could not compete with what Wycombe offered him. We desperately need an influx of money before January, send back two maybe three loanees and try and move on a couple of the squad in January and bring in Three or four players who can make a difference.

Shows how crap our scouting is they brought on Kone at half time eight goals this season and signed from the Essex Senior League. he looked way better than anything we have.

If the players don’t want to perform there’s not much you can do about that.
They know they won’t be dropped because there’s nobody to replace them.

And for the youth loanees it makes no difference to them what happens to Orient, they're off at the end of the season regardless

Need to address this one, are the board straight up lying to fans when they say it's a mid-table budget for League 1?

If they are telling porkies and running with a bottom 4 budget then relegation will be what they reap.

However if we've got a semi-decent budget we have to look at the recruitment issues that have been there since January and make changes further up as the performance has been really, really poor two windows on the trot.

I feel sorry for the season ticket holders, I think they were sucked in by Travis with the ‘you’ll be pleased’ with the signings over the next few weeks. The club made sure of receiving a tranche of money early to be spent where? All they’ve done is improve Hearn’s stadium.

Until we start getting early ball into the box and get strikers gambling on the ball arriving, we are never going to score enough to stay up.Investing in long term crocks and a 39yo hasn't helped, but lack of goals is killing us.

I find myself for the first time wondering about how long Richie should stay.
If its right that he can't motivate the players & if he is unable to mix up tactics & not rely on pointless possession football then someone else has to come in.
As things stand, regardless of Tues, we will be relegated.
This game needs to be a massive wake up call.

Wasn't sucked in by Travis, fact is I support club through bad times as well as good,I am not a happy clappy but a realist,I don't expect board to have never ending supply of money

Surely you expect honesty from them - or maybe you don’t.

RW said in his post match interview that we have one of the lowest budgets in the league, which seems at odds which what I have heard from the club before, but he cited Wycombe’s players and that their squad is simply better and more experienced than us.
