Can anyone explain the specific reason why this has been moved to Sunday?

They move a proportion of games to a Sunday to make the FA cup more of a feature for the whole weekend.
The BBC try to emulate soccer Saturday type vibe with their coverage on Sunday which will sometimes include a live game / next round draw.

They also called for a big response from “The Wood Army”, which conjures up an interesting image.
