Re: Huddersfield Town off.
Hold on…if you bought a ticket for the original fixture at full price will you be getting reimbursed the difference?
Edit: just read the full thing. They do. That’s fair enough.

Fair play to the Club re reduced prices, decent move and suggests they may be trying to listen. Maybe.

Re: Huddersfield Town off.
It is but is there not a risk that this will just encourage people to put off buying tickets until the last minute in case the game is postponed and they can get them cheaper.Proposition Joe wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 2:14 pm Fair play to the Club re reduced prices, decent move and suggests they may be trying to listen. And if people leave off buying tickets until last minute it’s easier for them to decide not to bother even if it isn’t moved.
Not really sure if there’s a solution to this but so many cancellations of League 1 matches due to intentional call ups is a bit odd.

Guess it's just a sign of the increased globalisation of football and the increased international calendar at all age groups. Unless we - and our opponents - only pick English players, can't see it changing back to how it used to be any time soon.

Re: Huddersfield Town off.
Fully expect Mansfield to fall too, which would mean just 3 home matches kicking off at 15:00 on a Saturday in the first 5 months of the season.
Hammers revenue and really spoils the traditional match day experience.

Re: Huddersfield Town off.
If you were on holiday in August and can't make midweek games you'd only see one home game up to the end of October

Re: Huddersfield Town off.
Not sure if I will bother with a Season Ticket next season
Between Televised games and International Breaks I’ll just buy a ticket on the day if we have the odd Saturday game
Fair play to the club though for reducing prices as they realise it’s the only way to hopefully get a few fans along.

Very sadly agree with your view, currently just 6 home Saturday games from start of season to the end of the year.Cheshunto wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 3:23 pm Not sure if I will bother with a Season Ticket next season
