They won’t sell assets especially ones they got got nothing. What is left has huge value if the club moves on.

Personally, I dislike Hearn a lot, & it's good to see a fair few agree

Can anyone remember what the deal was we get if Hearn sells Brisbane Road? In my head it was 50% of the profit so we’d get 50% of anything over £5m but not sure if that was only in play while he was owner.
I also have a feeling we only had a 20 year lease on the ground and he bought it in what 08 but this might have been extended.

Sold from LOFC to Matchroom for £6m. Hearn stated there was a clause that if Matchroom ever sold it on (which wasn't their intention), then they would share 50% of the profit with LOFC. So for arguments sake, it was sold on for £50m, the profit would be £44m and Matchroom would give £22m back to LOFC.

Matchroom then decided to sell it to Matchroom Pension Scheme for £6m, so no profit and nothing to pay to LOFC. But Porter and LOFT and LOFTs legal guy said it was all hunky dory.

Shafted good and proper.
