Another club unless the club can match RW ambition with the substantial additional finances that are needed to progress, play attractive football and win convincingly.

Maybe a mirror to try to understand why the players arenโ€™t implementing what he wants to do.

I don't want to be optimistic or even care but I'm guessing after this (essentially) 2 week break we will have Simpson and Graham back...?

Ritchie tells it as it is
Fair play, he is a great manager and if anyone can get a tune out of a bunch of loanees/kids/journeymen/misfits itโ€™s Richie

Straight to the training ground and put the wrongs right. That's what good coaches like him do.

Wr can't be like this though. I remember last season in period's thinking 'oh if we had Graham at the moment' or 'if we had Agyei'

Does that help win the midfield though?

As for Graham we've gone from "he could break down at any moment" to being the saviour, expecting too much from him might lead to disappointment

We're lucky to have him . It's only because. of Richie I'm confident we'll somehow get ourselves out the sh*t .

Except when Agyei came back last season he made the world of difference .

Great interview. The team thought the game was won before they turned up because they played well against Birmingham and Bolton. Weโ€™ll be fine.

How many Orient managers have you seen win the league? Have some respect.

Winning the league has nothing to do with my response, which I think you know. The 'nonsense' reply was to your: " the team thought the game was won before they turned up"
And I think I'm well within the realms of critical reality when Wellens is described as great!
And lastly when you talk about having respect, do you also mean the respect Wellens shows to match officials at nearly every game?

You donโ€™t like Wellens and have some strange need to slag him off at every turn. We get it. Do you have to spam every thread with your unpopular opinion?

When Wellens is continually given God like status with most boarders on here and is described as great then I will continue to relay my unpopular opinion to the contrary.
I'm not criticising the man for criticising sake and if he were to act more in a civilised manner with match officials and team performances would improve, then I will be one of the first to give him credit. But I'm not holding my breath..
