The team that got us promoted would hammer the current side. How have we let that happen in such a short space of time. Losing players like El Mizouni and Smyth and replacing them with loans or players like Warrington that cant even get on the pitch when we are playing so poorly.
Hemings. 6. Made a good save. Dillied and Dallied a couple of times. No chance with the goals.
Clare. 5. Just a bang average lower league fullback
Happe. 4. Turned inside out from the very impressive Castledine.
Cooper. 5. Don’t think any goals were his fault. Doesn’t mean he had a good game.
Sweeney 4. Gets in some good positions but can’t cross for toffee. His close control is poor and he always needs to make last ditch tackles to bail himself out.
Gailbraith. 5. Seemed to be the only one trying but by the end was inflicted with crapness like the rest of the side as he gave his man too much space for the second goal.
Brown.5. Plod plod plod.
O’neill. 5. Lightweight. Never beats his man. We are really missing Theo.
Donley. 4. How did he stay on for 90 minutes. Crosses never beat the first defender. Strolled around looking totally disinterested
Agyei. 5. Hit the bar with a decent run and shot. Mostly disappeared up his own backside.
Kelman. 4. May as well have been playing with 10 men although to be fair the service was abysmal.

Subs. Beccles. 5. Not sure what he was doing for the third goal. Pratley. 5. DJ 5. No impact.

Wellens. 5. He will be fuming. Second best all over the park against a team who haven’t won this season.

Shrewsbury. 7. Played to their strengths and far too good for us.

Ref. 6.

Anything above 3 is probably generous for half the side today.

Thought Agyei was our only threat

We've a team of lightweights with no bottle or drive

Two things.

How do people call Beckles Beccles week in week out?

How does Donley get in the team above players like Obeiro? Honestly haven’t seen anything from the kid to warrant him being our number ten so far

Loan players, lack of ambition , so that's it

Loans or contracted all shiiite today. They collectively fuccced up. No one to blame but themselves. Bookies had us as favs for the match and the team seemed to take this as job done. Pathetic attitude.

Funny enough Castledine is a loanee kid with no previous football league experience.

So it’s not loanee kids that are the problem. It’s that the ones we have loaned in are a bit naff.

The fact that Warrington is on the bench but isn’t trusted to even get on the pitch is very worrying. It was always very unlikely that we were going to replace him with someone as good, but at the moment we basically haven’t replaced El Miz at all.

What really scares me is when Agyei and/or Kelman eventually get injured. We’re completely and utterly f*cked when that happens.

In his interview Richie said he's give Clare a 7 out of 10, the implication being he was our best player.

Is there outside pressure to play the loanees?

In the case of Obeiro, he is a very good young player so if good enough, our own players should be higher up the list to play before loan players.

Seems like it doesn't it ?
So if so, then wonder which loan keeper will be picked to play in goal ?

Going to stick my neck out and say that they won't be too bothered if Hemming gets recalled in January and may well have already told Middlesborough that they would be happy if they did.

There will be pressure to play them, because if we don't then they will be recalled in January and then we'll have to find new players. This may well turn out to be a blessing, as for example I can see Perkins going back as well as Hemming.

From all accounts Howes is going out on loan in the next few weeks so it will be down to choose from two loan keepers Zach Hemming or Josh Keeley with I would guess pressure from Spurs to play Keeley. We have a very good young keeper of our own in 19 year old Noah Phillips, wonder if he will ever get a chance to play in the first team ?

I said a few weeks ago we needed another striker but it fell on deaf ears . Now if Agyei gets injured we're up sh*t creek
