Now 2-3 more required in the squad which I make him right on, always looked too light going with just what we've started the season with.

Glad to see him still taking the fight to the officials, never change Richie 😄

Mentions a few times that we need to strengthen the squad, but I thought we deserved a draw at least today.
Game hinged on the two ‘keepers in a way, the Bolton ‘keeper was outstanding and ours…..er er wasn’t.

Who had 67 mins of the first game for the booking and 3 questions into the first post match for the discussion of wanting transfers in their bingo card?

That's what makes today's defeat hard to swallow . We didn't deserve to lose that game but that's football .

I thought the fair play rule was already in place . Turns out that it doesn't come in until next season . The difference between the two teams yesterday came down to the two keepers . I'm wondering if we should have pushed the boat out this season and brought in a real good quality keeper .

I don’t even think we have a boat to push anywhere

Has the budget been cut from last season?

Travis said budget up 10% this year. But if player wage inflation is that or more, in real terms could be stand still/decrease.
The signings to date feel like a budget decrease.

This whole budget narrative is going to get really boring, really quickly. Every time there’s a poor performance the “budget” will be used as an excuse by the club.

Talking of which, I notice that big bad Birmingham with their enormous budget only managed to scrape a draw with a late penalty yesterday.

Not having a dig at you btw, just thought your comment was a good place to raise this.

This . If any manager can get the best out of our players it's Richie . We're really lucky to have him .

Totally agreed. The squad now does seem 'cheaper' than last season.
