Hemming 3 Just awful

Clare 5 still making my mind up

Beccles 5 not up to this league now

Happe 6 decent

Sweeney 4 works hard, but not up to the required standard

Obierio 7 Quality young player, always happy when hes on the ball

Galbraith 5 anonymous for large portions of the game. We need a better number 10

Brown 6 solid game. Unlucky with his header

O Neil 6 Works hard, very decent game today

Agyei 5 very quiet game today. Their defender didnt give him a kick

Kelman 8 our best player. Unlucky to find a keeper having the game of his life. Looked dangerous going forwards

I thought Beckles was very good, shaky but that's Beckles but played very well

Very harsh ratings given that we were playing one of the top sides in this division, whom we were very unlucky to lose to.
Yes there were some bad errors which lead to the goals - but we looked good going forward and were unlucky not to score a couple more goals than we did.
Bolton started wasting time 5 minutes before half time and once they scored absolutely dragged their feet - especially the goalie who made things worse by making a world class save at the end.
If I was to say one thing concerning me today - it was to see the chasm between squads whereby Bolton brought on 4-5 top notch players but we didn’t have the same quality on our bench. This threadbare situation will prevent the Os from mounting any kind of challenge this season. That said, I felt we showed a lot of promise that indicates we won’t struggle either.

Thought Ollie was anonymous.

Obiero and JB very impressive along with Charlie.

Ollie ONeill gave it a go but he’s not an 8.

Agreed that Obierio and Jordan were good, as was Galbraith IMO.

Henming 4 I'll need to see the first goal again but second is a howler. A debut which will not inspire confidence.

Sweeney 6 fine but needs to press forward more. A few times he went for a short dribble, u turned and back to the keeper, infuriating.

Happe 6 solid

Beckles 5 needs to concentrate on the basics as does not have the ball playing ability for this level

Clare 6 unspectacular debut

Brown 6 solid

Galbraith 6 fairly good but i think i prefer him at right back

O'Neill 5 not really in the game

Kelman 8 could have had a hattrick

Agyei 5 didn't see enough of the ball

Funny how ratings never manage to spell
Beckles, but always have Beccles.
Weird 🤣

I genuinely thought that over the 90 minutes, Orient were the better team. Bolton were certainly nothing special, and if we had a competent, confident keeper they probably wouldn't have scored at all. Beckles just doesn't seem to have a footballing brain with some of the things he does and puts us under needless pressure at times. Couldn't believe how much time the ref allowed Bolton to waste, particularly after their second goal. A pretty sickening start to the season, but as we certainly weren't outclassed by one of the supposedly best teams in the league, reasons for cautious optimism

These next two or three signings have to be contenders for first team starters or we're going to really struggle this season . Saying that it doesn't matter who we sign if Hemming's carries on playing the way he did today .

Today was the type of defeat I find hard to swallow . If we had a competent keeper we would have at least got a draw .

That's why I'm hoping today was only a bad day at the office . We'll soon see over the next few weeks if today was only a blip or not .

I’m sorry to say it but those ratings are just ridiculous.

I thought we played well. First game of the season against decent opposition. Unfortunately our keeper has made two bad mistakes which have lost us the game.

Beckles and Sweeney were of concern now and then but overall did their jobs. I thought Clare at right back did well. Agree Agyei was quiet but he was up against one of the best centre defenders in the division.

Disappointing to lose, and yes areas to work on but we gave them a very good game. We won’t be playing against that level of team every week.

Replacing a keeper who had a dodgy debut with one who should be playing in the conference isn’t a wise tactical decision

Most you lot thought we got off to a bad start - but you lot have got off to a worse one with your ratings!
