Hope you are right, although with 4 weeks to the Bolton match we could do with getting a shift on. The Vigs rumours seem to have faded away.

One would hope that's just to ensure he's covered under the compo rules should we sell at some point. Howes as #1 is basically accepting relegation before you even start the season

I know I had a dig at someone the other day for predicting relegation in July, but if Howlers is a first choice goalie this season then Lord help us. It’s bad enough that we don’t have any goal scorers, add a butter fingers conference goalie at the other end and we might be confirmed league 2 status by February.

If you watch Richie's interview on the website after last night he gives a little smile when he talks about needing a keeper. I reckon one is pretty much sorted and we'll find out soon enough

A month out from the start of the season and we've confirmed that Howes is going to be our number 1? Unbelievable, I never would have renewed my ST if I'd known that would be the case. I feel cheated.

Didn't laurence sign new contract when we last played in Scotland v Dundee and turned up before game there.spooky we are in Scotland again this weekend and need new keeper

Might be remembering this wrong but didn't Vigoroux wear a fairly random squad number for us when when he was obviously first choice? Still got a feeling he might be the keeper that's signing
