He must have known he would lose the 1st round to the fascists, but he would also have known that this would galvanise his support from everyone else for the 2nd round. By organising this for just after the inevitable Labour win in the UK, he could show that the right doesn't always win.

This is being hailed as a victory against RN. It is, only in so far as the result was feared to be far worse.
However, it is a victory for RN. They have almost doubled their seats. And, looking back over past elections, that has been the trend for some time now, with no sign of it changing. The far right march very much continue.

Also, the French left increasing their seats isn't all as good as UK lefties would think. The French left includes some proper extreme crazies that would make the likes of Greek anarchists seem like the Fabian Society.

A WEF puppet just like all the others, it’s all scripted.
Agenda 2030 is on course.
We are screwed and the majority are unaware or just don’t care.

I really enjoy your unhinged contributions, MB. You should frequent this Board more, we could all do with a laugh in these often difficult times.

The french left spun up a coalition from nothing in a couple of weeks to beat the RN who had been predicted to win, and ended up coming third and that's a victory for them? The far right march will likely continue, but this is definitely a sobering moment for them.
This election has been a no vote for both Macron and Le Pen.

Surely they can't be as bad as the likes of Corbyn and Abbott over here.

What is happening in 2030, Micky? I'm unaware but I do care.

A quick Google search suggests that Agenda 2030 is something that aims to reduce poverty and inequality and improve the environment. Obviously it must be something else that MB is talking about because those goals seem...good?

Global government makes sense, everyone on the same team. Wouldnt even need to bother having elections.

Yes, it seems a bit silly to object to those ideals.

A global government will be necessary if we're ever going to be able to have an Earth representative at the United Federation of Planets.

Too late for that. The Chinese have already got their feet under the table on at least a dozen planets
