Chelsea finished the season really well. One defeat in their last 15 games. Poch was finally getting his methods across........and they sack him.

He is a decent manager. I know Chelsea are obviously a bigger club than Ipswich but it would still be an odd career move for McKenna to go there imho. Yeah, that would be my best guess as well . Erik Ten Hag has been no where good enough for a club like Manchester Utd .
