Just no confidence. We should be smashing these teams

Again we moved Galbraith to full back, again we let in a goal, are lessons not being learnt?

I accept we have injuries but so do many teams around us. Today’s display was shocking.

We need to spend to improve what I think is a very light weight squad. To go the whole season with the keepers we have in the club and end where we did is so f*cking lucky.

Also those strikers we got in on loan! WTAF?
On what basis were they chosen? Was it a lucky dip? Or not so luck dip? Were we lied to by agents and clubs that these boys could play??

I reckon Wellens has lost interest. He’ll be off somewhere else in the summer.

We were only going to take one of them but when we failed to sign an experienced striker we decided to get both . Both have been getting on in front of Pigott which tells me Pigott is finished at Orient . It happened again today . Also why don't we shoot more ? The amount of times I was shouting shoot but we seem to be very shot shy .We had chances to shoot but didn't take them . One thing is for sure is we need a new number 9.

There's a few strands to pull at so take your pick

a) we had a target but (Ling) was too slow so missed out
b) second target selling club pulled out, might still get this one come summer
c) left it to the last minute to sign anyone so took two kids as "better than nothing"
d) club wanted to save money (RW words) so maybe the DoF / board never wanted a senior pro to come in anyway

And a number 1, 4, 7, 6 and maybe better 10 and 3

While points a & b may have happened, to not have a third choice is naive at best. Money may have been an issue but 2 kids who have not played in the men’s game ever??? Just stupid and smacks of desperation which really boils down to piss poor planning from DoF, RW and the board. However it’s not these kids fault we finished so weak and pathetic. The motivation has clearly gone from the squad. Tiredness? Maybe, but that’s the same for all teams around us. This last month has been sh*t, and not because we lost but how we are losing.

Are you blaming him for the goal?

Quite right opening post - toothless! And not for the first time this season, by far. And now the call goes up for strikers once again...What about when everyone was saying, we'll be ok once Agyei is back? No, the problem once again is a lack of creativity in the box. Maybe some blame has to be attached to Wellens sometimes instead of keep blaming it on the quality of players coming in. I don't see much change for next season in our standing. About half way again, I reckon.

Not really. He’s a quality manager. Deserves a chance at a big club with ambition who will back him in the transfer market.

I felt we played some decent stuff in the first half but at time’s really struggled with Fleetwoods press, and how to break out of of it.
Fleetwood had a few good players, especially the No.4 who I think was their Captain.
We fell away badly in the 2nd half and probably could have played on until next Saturday and never have scored.
Agyei probably isn’t 100% fit, but we just don’t create many chances……….Obeiro is going to be good for us and Galbraith works hard and is very skilful.
Moncur again is great at making backward passes, but never hurts the opposition and hopefully we can get some poor unsuspecting club to take him, along with Pigott for next season.

Reason D would be the most disappointing . If the club wants to keep Richie and get more success then they need to think again .

In a stronger league mid table might not be a bad placed finish .

Nobody could argue with that . This Summer the board has to show Richie that they can match his ambition.

Absolutely and he'll know fairly early on whether the changes he asked for in January are being followed and if the quality he wants is brought in.

There's always some managerial musical chairs early on in a season so if he's not backed here over summer I'd be concerned that we'll lose him and that would be very bad news for this club.

Regardless of who the striker is, you've still got to give them chances, a lot of our goals are from players forcing there own luck

We do need a quality striker but we also need more goals from midfield,we have good passers but how many goals have the midfield contributed this season? Very little.

Calm down. Nothing to play for. Decent season intact.

Time to looking forward.
