Dumpster diving

Anyone tried this to reduce their cost of living? Ive been giving it a go and was going through the bins at Brisbane road and found this screwed up in there.

If Rev thought his letter had been ignored, the follow up letters would require the destruction of an amount of rainforest large enough to contain three Waleses
