Re: Richie’s interview
I hope we play Pegrum, Simpson and even Howes with perhaps Obiero on the bench - got to look to next season now

Re: Richie’s interview
Simpson is a sure bet to start, he's on the matchday cover photo on socials. Yes to the rest as well, see if there's anything there to work with for next season else bin out on loan to NL / L2

A kid, a racist and a bloke who should be playing non-league football.
And the club have the cheek to be sending me various prompts to buy my increased in price season ticket earlier than ever.

Re: Richie’s interview
Howls is not a youngster. The only reason he’s here is his age.
Leave Shaq out, he’s dead on his feet and unlikely to be here next year. Send the two loanees back, they’re not up to it. Start sweeney and Simpson. Give Pegrum and Obeiro some game time to see if they should be here next season.

He is 26 and has played a grand total 3 games in the football league.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 10:52 pm Howls is not a youngster. The only reason he’s here is his age.
He not young but he also isn’t experienced. He also is nowhere near good enough to be playing league 1 football. A complete Howler of a signing all around.

He was signed to bring in an older head and not have 3 kids training together daily.

Re: Richie’s interview
When he comes on, there’ll be a few iffy types giving him a warmer welcome than they ever gave most Orient players, while claiming moral high ground for being so forgiving. When the truth is he’s just a hero to them for saying what he said and getting away with it.The Reverend wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 10:31 pmA kid, a racist and a bloke who should be playing non-league football.

Brynn is 23. Byrne is 20.
They didn’t want another youngster in the GK group. It was explained at the time of the signing.

Re: Richie’s interview
If being in your mid-20s is now considered as an "older head", what does that make those of us who are in our mid-30s?

You seem to derive much pleasure by continually using the word 'racist' against this player. Is there no room in your heart for giving someone a second chance ? Do you not see any possibility of reform? The Reverend wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2024 10:31 pmA kid, a racist and a bloke who should be playing non-league football.

Which imo just proves why we should've signed a senior pro to replace Vigs. Not been impressed with Brynn this season, need better in summer.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 9:15 amYes.The Reverend wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 7:19 amAnd “older head” who is in his mid 20s and has never played league football before?Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 12:30 am He was signed to bring in an older head and not have 3 kids training together daily.

I disagree, Brynn has been a decent keeper in my opinion.gshaw wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 11:36 amWhich imo just proves why we should've signed a senior pro to replace Vigs. I would be happy if we could get him back next season

He’s been alright, nothing spectacular. They said he was great with his feet, that’s one reason we signed him but he isn’t.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 12:22 pmI disagree, Brynn has been a decent keeper in my opinion.gshaw wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 11:36 amWhich imo just proves why we should've signed a senior pro to replace Vigs. Re: Richie’s interview
Too many mistakes, not enough match winning saves. If you want mid-table mediocrity then probably a cheap option being on loan but not the quality to be challenging top 6 imoBiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 1:47 pmHe’s been alright, nothing spectacular. What makes you think I “derive much pleasure” in referring to a bloke who racially abused a colleague in front of his peers as a racist?Chief crazy horse wrote: ↑Sat Apr 06, 2024 9:51 amYou seem to derive much pleasure by continually using the word 'racist' against this player. I’m simply using an accurate description.
What term would you use to describe somebody who racially abuses colleagues in front of their peers?

Re: Richie’s interview
What makes me think you get pleasure or maybe is it attention seeking? Well, at every given opportunity when discussing Simpson you seem to make it your business to use the word racist.

Bitchy Richie is rarely happy. Thought the question about Brynn was unnecessary though.
