It’s a really good interview and you can understand why the club waited for his signature in the summer, apart from his performances before his injury he has a brilliant attitude. Looking forward to seeing him Dan A and Theo back ASAP.

Unfortunately I don’t think will happen, have a feeling that at least one of them won’t make it back for many games next season. Would love to see them both like you but
having doubts about Happe as well, for the last few seasons he has had long term injuries so if a decent offer was to come in I’d take it.Summer is going to be interesting

I think that Happe will leave he's out of contract in the summer so we won't get a fee. next season will likely be two from Beckles, Cooper, Simpson and one other.
Graham is on track for a pre-season return and Theo is not likely back until Christmas his surgery evidently went very well. Dan A might be back for the last two games of the season.

I could be wrong on both counts and I hope I am,but I thought the club had a one year option on Happe? As for Graham I think he will be on the treatment table more than the pitch. He’s had two horrendous injuries and I can’t see him playing even half a season, his injury reminds me of Bradley Dack’s situation unfortunately.

The club do have an option but Happe has missed a lot of football in the last two years I don’t think we will exercise it.
Graham will be back stronger once his injury has healed I think he can play major role for us next year, his injury was freaky so let’s hope he heals OK. Listen to the interview MB he’s very positive. Btw it’s nice to have a civil conversation with you.

Cheers TotJ yes me too, perhaps there’s hope for humanity after all LOL. We might not agree on everything but I do appreciate you views. As far as I’m concerned, I feel the season has gone a little flat, we are in touching distance but just won’t get there, still been a good season though

Really re Happe? If it’s up to us I think we snap it up. He’s improved this year and take your point in fitness but still a cheap asset to have

Been watching Dan since he was 15 - when he's fit he is a good player absolutely no doubt about it. But it's two years running now he's been injured at crucial times. If we have learnt one thing this season its that if we are to challenge and improve next season we need to improve the squad strength.
I would be happy if he stays but he is going to be behind Beckles and Cooper in the pecking order (and maybe even Simpson) I think RW will be ruthless given what's happened this year.

Be shocked if we dont retain Happe. Defence has been poorer without him.

Wellens loves him and we are evidently a worse team at playing it out from back when it's Cooper and Beckles, who've looked pretty shaky as a pair at times. I find it hard to imagine us not keeping him on, especially if it's only for a year. If he's fit, it's one of him and Beckles or Cooper.

Respect your informed opinion but he’s easily ahead of Cooper imo and probably Beckles. Left footed too which works in his favour. Guess it might depend on fitness and if he has a say

Beckles - despite his sometimes erratic passing and over-confidence on the ball - is our number 1. When the big boys come to town, he's the one you want in your back line.
Happe was ahead of Cooper but Cooper is making rapid progress, getting better on the ball week by week, and may well overtake him very soon.
Don't know about the other guy, not seen him.

His aerial dominance is not in question and he’s ok on the floor but he’s no good sitting on the treatment table for months on end every season. Cash in, theres plenty out there in his position just as good if not better.

I suspect we will use the threat of exercising the option to try and negotiate a 2-3 year deal with him. Where he stands in the pecking order is up to how everybody plays.

I agree about Dan Happe.
I reckon Theo is out until November at least
