His reaction when he comes out to warm up really shows the happiness in the camp right now. Seeing full away ends, depleted squad but still getting results

He's really made that wide role his own, will be a big miss if Watford don't let him back on loan next season

I think it is a big thing for young players to come here and play in front of 6-8k at home, albeit not the most noise but still a packed crowd, then away a very vocal support, Mitchell mentioned it too when he signed, a lot of these younger players go from the youth side which gets four people and a duck or very low non-league which is small to this London club with good attendances.

Clearly a bit of a character who’s benefited from playing for us. Be surprised if we can nab him in the summer but he’s still got a lot of potential and I’d be buzzing if he could stay here. He clearly enjoys it

A lot like Brynn probably depends on how the Watford/Boro manager is come next season, they may include both in pre-season then send them out on loan again, a bit like Turns

He's still (understandably) got so much to learn. He isn't ready for week in, week out Championship football yet so another season long loan would benefit all parties. He could be outstanding in L1 next season.

Watford should be happy enough with how we've developed him to leave him here.

Not sure what happened with Turns - I suspect they thought he was further ahead than he actually is, took him on tour then realised how far off that level he was.

Isn't he out of contract at Watford in the summer?

Wellens has said that even if Shaq becomes available we probably couldn’t afford to get close to his current wage at Watford. Best we are likely to do is get him back on loan, but 10 goals in his first full season will alerted others.

They won’t let him go, he clearly has resale value.

At the rate he's progressing, he'll be feeling he can get minutes in the Championship next season. Some of his mates already are.

It's also very unusual for players to go on two season-long loans to the same club in consecutive seasons - particularly if it's in the same division.

He’s been great but still need to improve his decision making. A but like Ruel a few seasons ago. Struggles to know when to pass and when to keep running but if he continues his rate of progress he’s definitely gonna be at least a championship player

He’s a considerably better player now than he was at the start of the season.

It’s a good look for Orient. Championship clubs can have faith that we give their players game time and they will develop, so we become an attractive option for loans.

Even the two boys we got in January are getting game time which is all a parent club can really ask for.

He would almost certainly get some minutes off the bench for Watford next season. Maybe even the occasional start.

Whereas here he’d be starting week in, week out, scoring a load of goals and being a big part of a promotion winning side. At the age of 19/20.

As rare as it is, another loan here would be the ideal outcome for all parties.

Be interesting to see if he’d get in the team every week ahead of Graham, aygei, Theo, O’Neill, Ruel, etc

He probably wouldn't but Hoovers words were tongue in cheek, I think.

If all fit, maybe not every game, but you get my gist - he'd feature very heavily.

Also worth noting he does seem to have the habit of staying fit, a good trait to have.

in which case, we should expect it to happen then...
