Technical area
We need consistency from the ref and 4th official. I understand only one person can stand in the technical area. Last night a simple solution was found to solve this by Port Vale’s management. Manager walks out of the technical area and stands by the touch line yards away from technical area , enabling another member of management to stand inside technical area. As this was all done directly in front of the 4th official it must be ok and legal?
