Hello from Diabetes UK's South East Coast and London Regional Team! We will be attending the Leyton Orient match on Tuesday, March 12th against Port Vale. We will be there from 5:30pm - come and say hello! Find out how to know your risk of type 2 diabetes and how we are working in Waltham Forest to support people with diabetes. I had type 2 for years , I cut down on the beer and started drinking red wine, my Diabetes has gone
but my hangovers are worse

Love red & beer. Got type 2 too. Is red better to drink than beer big Ron?
