Questions (part1) Mr Wellens
Wellens will serve a lengthy ban so imo it would be more beneficial for him to go look at some games and do a bit of scouting looking for what type of players he would like to bring in next season. Leave the coaching and team to the other coaches instead of sitting in the stand or watching the game on tv. By doing this he may also find out how serious the board are about bringing players in early for a change in the next window. Let’s face it this season as successful as it’s been is now winding down mainly due to the lack of depth.

I think it is mate, when your throwing on children to help get a result you know your running on fumes. As for scouting, yes he has scouts but I think he would rather see players than rely on reports and DVD’sLong slender neck wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2024 8:50 am But the scouts can do the scouting.

It’s pretty much fact. You expect our current manager to stop attending orient games for 6 weeks. wtf you on about?Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2024 10:02 amThat’s your opinion.Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2024 9:34 am You think he should go to mk dons v Crewe rather than watch his own team?

You all mock but this could be the revolutionary new template for modern football. You won't be mocking when we take Brentfords place in the Premiership with our Non-Game-Attending-Manager approach.

Re: Questions (part1) Mr Wellens
I’ve always thought it’s a bit weird that managers watch the games. Watching the matches, as any fan can tell you, is a thing to do in leisure time, not work time.
Lol how many people have bosses who would let their employees watch football on their time?

You scoff, but Richie barely attended a single Brentford match during their rise from League Two to the Premier League, and look how it helped them!Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2024 10:22 am You all mock but this could be the revolutionary new template for modern football. Re: Questions (part1) Mr Wellens
As per usual some of the numptys on here have got there little fingers moving on the keyboard, not once did I mention him going to games for six weeks. If you really think this team especially as we are down the the bear bones can make a serious promotion challenge I’m not knocking the team if anything the board and how they can sit there saying “ we’re going for it “ is beyond me. I’m saying it how I see it and not everyone else. Get a grip numptys
