This seems to be a lifelong problem when 'politics' is about power and striving for power over others.
We can see the ugliness currently playing out between Trump and Biden..
Catholics and Protestants .... Hindus and Muslims .....
but the ugliness is currently much closer to home:

There has been a resurgence of far right politics all over the world.

When things get tough for working class people, historically, many turn to the far right as their saviour. History has also told us, that it always ends in tears, and is never the answer, but it doesnt stop future generations going the same way

Far right politics has always been the politics of hate, whether it be the Jews in the 30's, or Muslims now, there always has to be a different people, whose fault the present predicament is, even though its none of them, its the government.
