Collected his 9th booking of the season on Saturday, he needs to avoid another yellow in the next two games to avoid a two match ban.

Wigan have 104 YC so far, but we are second with 97.

Last season we had 95 YC (only Wimbledon had more than us). I still don`t think we are dirty team :~ .

Drives me mad on here when people feel the need to report every yellow we get during a game. It’s a facet of our game that is necessary to the results we get. I’m glad we are aggressive, we’ve been a walkover in previous years

Exactly. We've always been too 'nice'.

2. Game suspension applies to 10 yellow cards up to and including the 32 game. We are passed that stage

32 games is the Premier League
For us it’s up to and including 37 matches, so three more matches to go.

Aggressive is fine. As is a bit of gamesmanship.

It's the silly, petulant yellows that we need to stamp out. But I accept that's difficult when you have a leader who some would say is acting in the same manner.

Yep. There’s a difference between clever cynicism that benefits the team, and a lack of discipline

Can't be worrying about yellows now. If we don't win tomorrow then none of this matters. Play hard and fair and take the risks associated.

10th yellow. At least he'll miss Bristol R and Wigan and be fresh for Stevenage.

Don’t get the yellow. Did the ref book the wrong player?

Oxford had a player down, and the referee had played on, El Miz was booked for the player down earlier in play, not the free kick finally given.

He was playing so well. He gets booked and you could tell it affected his game . He will be greatly missed

He's available Saturday - that was his ninth league booking and one in the cup that does not count!

Great. Let’s hope he does not get another before the cut off of 37 games played

Brilliant! Let’s hope he can avoid a booking in the next two matches 🤞

Really, really need him for the battle we're going to have at Stevenage...

If he gets through Bristol Rovers without a booking I’d be tempted to rest him for the Wigan game.
Risky but agree we need him for Stevenage

Is the Wigan game the cut off?

Agreed if that's the case.

We’ve played 35 so if the cut off is up to and including game 37 that’s Bristol R and Wigan.
