It seems to be getting worse and yesterday, on the ‘orrible A12, when looking to pull in from lane 2, I narrowly avoided some knobhead undertaking at speed on his way to narrowly miss me as he swung out in front of me.

Wouldn’t have had you down as someone who gets angry about perceived bad driving

Sounds like you were hogging the middle/outside lane?
Can’t stand drivers that do that.

I just knew someone would say that
. Nah, as I said I was pulling back in after going past a string of cars when said a-hole did his whacky races bit. It was far from the only time undertaking happened - see it more and more. Bastards.

So if you had overtaken a string of cars, then pulled back in after completing your manouevre, where did this driver come from? Your story doesn’t make sense.

Well, imagine a 3 lane road. Imagine you’re in lane 3 and you’re about to pull back into lane 2 but just before you pull in some tw*t shoots across from lane 1 doing about 90. I look forward to your next comment

So there was a string of cars hogging the middle lane, with a clear inside lane?
See, those guys are the problem here.

I salute any Orient's supporters who travel that type of distance to watch them at home. It obviously can't be easy .

Yeah I agree. I mean, just because Greater Anglia have engineering works every flaming weekend which turns my journey time to over 3 and a half hours each way should not deter me from using public transport. Next.

For the first time today, there is some sense to your post. But it doesn't make the pr*ck who does the undertaking right (I know you know this and I'm enjoying the bantz but I am running out of different terms to describe the sh-itehawks who do this).

If I am in the inside land and approach a vehicle hogging the middle lane, I will always stay in that lane and undertake, just to make a point.

Tapping the side of your head and looking at them is also compulsory. Do you do this at 90 mph plus and swerve in front of the undertook car as well - maybe you were the sh*t for brains driver I'm talking about

They should put some average speed cameras in, stops all this nonsense.

Fair point. There are already several average speed sections on the A12 but there are still plenty of stretches for the di-ckwads to drive like loons. I see similar on a lot of main roads tbh. The M25 has more than it's fair share as well.

I slow down as passing to make sure they can see my head shaking.

Where the A12 meets the bottom of the M11 at Redbridge roundabout on my way home there is a feeder lane to avoid using the roundabout - it seems that joining the queueing traffic using the feeder lane is too much for a lot of people they continue as if going straight on for another 150 yards and then push into traffic that has queued in the feeder lane in the correct manner. in doing do they block a lane of traffic meant to be using the roundabout to continue up the A12 - It's really dangerous.
