Dont go to away games as I'm not that sad. But the "if we're in your seat, just sit somewhere else" would piss me right off.

Difficult one.

On principle, I'd probably want to have a row about it.

But I'm really not sure I'd want to be sat next to the drum all game.

This was genuinely hilarious. Issuing official statements one day, having drum refused entry the next. Good to see Reading FC still have a sense of humour after everything that's been going on there.

Personally I think musical instruments, drums et al are super cringeworthy and a substitute for people that can’t build a chant organically

Seems their entire identity is centre on “The Drum”

I’ve always struggled to decide which is more irritating:

1. Drums at football
2. People moaning about drums at football

They certainly have repercussions

At least Off had a fanzine as well as a drum.

Personally think that they are great

It is a good idea to have a section of fans who want to actively sing for the whole game and generate an atmosphere but they need to work in tandem with the club.

If they want to take control, they need to start coming up with some new original songs instead of repurposing the small time lower league songbook.

In time, f*** the pathetic drum off too.

Bet they don't even know what a donut is.
