Also, the equal pay claim was submitted by 4,000 women in 2010. No prizes for guessing the party affiliation of the Council leader in 2010.

One of the ironies of these cuts to public services, is that it then forces service providers into procurement decisions which are more expensive. This is happening throughout the education sector right now, with teachers opting for temp roles instead of full time positions.
