Byrnn - 6. Little to do, kicking not great
Hunt - 6. One of the least bad performers, but was still quite scrappy
Happe - 3. He isn't good enough for this level.
Beckles - 6. Limited but handles the physical stuff in a way no-one else we have can.
Brown - 4. Not a right back. Weird tactic to go long to him out wide in the first half did him no favours either.
Mizouni - 4. Anonymous, maybe his worst Orient performance, his performances have really gone south of late.
Pratley - 4. Seems to exist these days in a permanent state of falling over, presumably cause his legs are gone. Boneheaded penalty giveaway.
Moncur - 5. Flitted in and out of the game looking lively at times, but hard to be that positive about a guy who's incapable of playing more than 50 minutes
Theo - 5. Abysmal for most of the game, came alive in the last 10 and deserves credit for the winning goal.
Agyei -5. In fairness, had moments of being really sharp, but even if he can play as a no.9, hard to ask him to do so whilst still that unfit
Ruel - 4. Complete sh*t apart from link ups at the end and clever play to ger their man went off.
Forde - 7 motm. Changed everything.
Piggott - 5. Didn't really do much, missed some good crossed that you'd expect your main striker to capitalise on
Galbraith - 7. Actually looked sharp
James - 6. Meant we had someone who could distribute from the back.
Sanders - didn't have long enough to do anything.
That was awful really, did not deserve the three points. Hopefully something to build on but I was teetering on the edge of abject despair until the 89th minute.

Good ratings, except id given Theo 4, and Happe 2
I hope we can sell Happe in January, for a bit of money, and replace him easily

Does Happe’s contract run out in January?

These ratings are absurd, were you even at the match or listening in on ham radio with poor reception?
We were poor, and absolutely did not deserve the points, but a 3 for Happe is ludicrous, he won so much in the air, deserves at least a 5 in a poor team performance.
4 for Pratley is generous, deserves a 1 - misplaced so many passes and almost lost us the game for an unneeded and reckless challenge for the penalty.
Calling out Pigott is equally absurd, he was at the heart of everything in the last 10 minutes, he was the driving force behind our equaliser and passed the ball so well - Forde was effective for moments, but overall bang average, miscontrolled a wonderful ball into the box at 1-1.
Moncur getting a higher rating than Brown?
Forde motm??
Laughable stuff.

It’s amazing what happens when the team pass forward and actually take shots at the goal, as Forde and Galbraith did in those last few minutes.
Too often we are happy to pass back or square to keep possession, as in the 1st half. Felt sorry for Dan Agyei as he struggled with nothing being created for him, Although I thought that Moncur did much better, but faded after HT.
God know what Pratley was doing swinging his leg like that risking a penalty, ridiculous for probably the most experienced player on the pitch.
Can’t really say that Forde was MOTM but we certainly improved when he, Galbraith and Pigott came on, especially in the last 10-15 mins.
Most of the performance was poor in general but somehow we won by showing a bit of positivity, passing forward and shooting.

in the summer signed a 1 year extension rather than the two offered from what people are saying that might bite him on the bum.

On yesterday’s showing would like to see Moncur replaced by Galbraith and Pratley replaced by Brown, Agyei moved out wide on the right ( he’s not a target man imo) but we desperately need a new striker.

It seems like every Richie interview he'll stress how we need to be moving the ball forward much quicker, more direct, giving opportunities to shoot etc.
By the sounds of it, we were awful yesterday and allowed a 10 man side to close us down while we dithered away at the back, final long ball which gets cleared. The last 10 minutes or so we had subs on the field ( Agyei excepted) that responded and exploited the moving quickly forward plan. Regardless of the deflections there was threat, shots and shots into a crowded penalty area always pose the threat that somehow, and with a bit of luck the ball could end up in the back of the net. Yes Cheltenham no doubt tired in the last 15 mins or so, but until those subs were made they were tired but coasting to 3 points.

Make no mistake about it we were lucky and the only good thing was the result fortunately but we deserve a bit of luck. If that was a top 8 team yesterday they could and would have beaten us with 9 men.

There's a few that are showing they're due for replacement in January and conversely the subs made a good audition for stepping up to the XI for the next few games.
If Sanders could only stay fit for more than one game we might have some options in midfield too

Galbraith, Forde and Sanders ( if fit) should all play a major part over the Christmas period.
Moncur was better yesterday up until HT but then was very quiet as we were as a team.
I’d also like to see Charlie Pegrum get some minutes.

I keep saying Pegrum deserves a go . He couldn’t have done any worse than the rest of them yesterday up until the last 10 minutes

That’s just your opinion, of course, which you’re entitled to but Pegrum has got to be worth 15-20 mins .
Forget about his age , if he’s good enough then he’s old enough.

He isn’t good enough. Also it’s not just my opinion. It’s also the opinion of Richie and co.
And even if he was, now is not the time to throw in an untried and untested kid.
