January is going to be a big month for us . Get our transfer business wrong and will continue to free fall

I don't think RW has lost the players respect . I think the simple truth is a lot of our players are not League 1 standard and at times it really shows . That's why this season is only about surviving in this league . If we can do that then next season we'll have something to build on .

Too many young players, not enough senior pros

There are some parallels as if old lessons haven't been needed. I remember hearing Travis (think it was him, maybe Ling) talking about how they want to sign young players with sell-on value.

Seems they've gone overboard and neglected getting enough experienced L1 pros to stabilise in the division. Again shades of what happened with Jackett.

I hope it doesn't go the same way in January as Wellens is the best thing that happened to this club since the loss of JE and it won't be easy to find someone in a similar mould.

RW is safe as houses.

We’ve been desperately unlucky with injuries. Graham looked a great signing and we lose him. Agyei looks a great signing and we lost him.

If we can get a decent striker in the building we can go again. We aren’t good enough without one. Piggot, Drinan, Forde are not the answer unfortunately.

Add to that all our Injury & Illness woes we havent had a full squad to use. This is all a far cry from Jackett
