Irish Road Tolls-collectable in the UK

We have just received in the post a letter requiring us to pay a toll charged on the M50 in Dublin. Its only a small amount so will pay it but does anyone know if it is actually enforceable on us in England. It has come from a UK company, Euro Parking collections plc. The stuff on Google I looked up relates mostly to pre Brexit, even with Brexit does the Northern Ireland protocol allow for collection

All the other Irish tolls had barriers, this one used scanning (like Dartford Crossing) so we had no idea we had even gone through as 15 minutes later we had to pay at barriers approaching Dublin port.

I don't think it matters where in the world you accrue a debt, if the company is willing to chase you they can still take you to court.
