Nearly two weeks to reach what was obviously going to be the decision. EFL demonstrating yet again what a total inept organisation they are.

There was never any rush to announce this. In fact, those banging on about it (yes, that means you) are being disrespectful. Calm down.

They are, but not because of this.

Match not concluded exceptional circumstances
Lincoln could have scored so makes sense maybe they let us score an easy goal to be integral but let’s see

Wouldnt letting us score be match fixing?

Irrelevant that it took two weeks to decide. But I can't imagine what the reason for replaying the whole game would be, versus finishing the final 10 minutes?

The last goal Derek ever saw, scratched from the records. Sad.

Most Lincoln fans aren't very impressed with the decision judging by twitter and Facebook.

I wonder what that means for any cards picked up in the first game?

I would imagine they are all discounted along with Pigott’s goal now the original match is void

I don’t understand, though. Rich Tea Wellens said it’s definitely not getting replayed?

There really was no easy way to solve this, but this wasn't the best. Imagine if we lose the replayed match and end up going down / missing out on the playoffs by 1 or 2 points...

Lincoln could say the same if the game was not replayed

Don’t really agree with the decision myself but so be it. A more pertinent question now is what is the situation will be with ticketing. Original tickets valid for the replay you’d assume.
