FFS. I hope this is wrong. Best PSP (Pass success percentage) in League One this season (97.1%).

This transfer does not make sense??
We need to strengthen the squad with attacking players,
Not reduce the attacking options, unless we have an incoming winger?
But still baffled why we would sell Moncs??

He’s been unfit since before Christmas last season. Too slow and not impactful anymore.
Getting his wages off the books is good for the club. Better to reinvest the wages in players who are going to make the team better.

Would be sad to see him go, unbelievable talent at L2 level, but I get it.

Currently Ruel Sotiriou is keeping him out of the side.
We need better than both in that 10 role.

Agreed 100%
He started v Portsmouth but you wouldn’t know he was on the pitch, shame ‘cos he seems a nice lad but he just doesn’t do enough to hurt the opposition and his main strength seemed to be passing it back to whoever had just given it to him.

If nothing else, that'll bring the wage bill down if rumours as to what he is on are true.

Would be sad to see him.go. Great carrying skills on the ball but nothing, hardly ever, comes to fruition.

He's one of the few who can afford them. God knows how Nigel will cope with the drop in sales.

We could always consider passing the plate to keep him.

I think with some of the money knocking about in League Two, Wrexham, Gillingham and others, it's not beyond the realm of possibility he moves in Jan or end of season etc, some clubs are throwing round offers that are just far too good to turn down
