The other thing I found irritating was, because I usually view on a tablet or phone, I installed the tapatalk app, which completely changed the usual phpBB bulletin board format (like we see now) to their own, which I found really ugly to view & much more difficult to pick up on threads I was interested in revisiting. Glad to be shot of them.

With the adverts absolutely, but like I said as soon as other borders recommended ad blockers it was fine once more.
