That bench looks really desperate, one unfit winger and some academy kids to change the game eek.
Also highlights we're a defensive utility player light too and yes I know what some of you are thinking... not Ogie
(hoping for the combined energy of reverse Jonahs to pull a 1-0 win out the hat)

Just arrived at the ground and the pitch looks fantastic . We also have new style goals with the poles at the back . I didn’t think we had enough space behind the goals for this design however the back poles are positioned behind the advertising boarding . Looking at our lineup today has me concerned plus our bench looks pretty weak . We definitely need those two new signings next week.

On the way to the ground & the sun is shining.
A very significant day as our first L1 home match for 8 years. In those very difficult days in the NL I used to dream of being back in this division & now we are.
It's going to be a real test today. I think we'll score but I don't think we'll win.
Hopefully my prediction, as usual, is wrong.

Re: Exiles thread - Portsmouth (H)
It’s very concerning that we’re having to cobble together a team for the second game of the season. The squad wasn’t big enough as it is and now half of them are injured.
Is the plan to hobble along until January then hope we have enough points to not be relegated by March, relying on players coming back from injury and a possible Jan signing? Really risky strategy if so.

Winning the league so comfortably last season upset the entropy of the Universe, it's trying to balance the timelines to prevent Armageddon
Dear Mr Kompany,
We're desperate, really desperate for players, can we have Vigoroux back for a few weeks pretty please?
Cheers,
Leyton Orient FC

Hello from S Wales. Hopefully we can get most of these injuries etc over early in the season. Mid season and things could be disastrous. COYO's!!!

Audio up and running! Found an old diary entry for October 1963, went to watch O's lose 6-3 to Portsmouth. Gordon Bolland got 2 and Stan Charlton scored a blinder from yards out. Jimmie Dickenson was playing for Pompey - one of the greats in the 50's.
