I had to pay £2.50 on Saturday to get the 'Live Audio' although I pay a monthly subscription for it. I emailed and got a reply saying they were happy i got access to the commentary according to my logs. But no offer of a refund.
Anyone else got any info about this as I don't want to pay an extra £2.50 every match.

I don't understand why - according to the O's website - "EFL rules" don't allow live TV streams for this match. It's unusual for the EFL (and the Os) to pass up a way to take money from us supporters.

No idea. I was logged into the site, but there was no 'Live Audio' button on screen until I paid the £2.50.

I had same issue. I emailed the club last night and they refunded me this morning though it will take a few days to hit my account. Email Anna Overton at a.overton@leytonorient.com

I just tried to log in but still saying need active subscription , although I have. Have emailed ,needs to get sorted.

Very poor on the clubs behalf, I emailed that there was a problem on Saturday and was assured it would be fixed by our next match, tonight, but here we are and still the same problem. Although it shouldn’t be, I wonder if it’s anything to do with Luke Lambourne leaving and as far as I am aware, not yet being replaced!

Same here, fully logged on and have a monthly audio pass yet keep getting asked to upgrade my subscription.

Maybe just as well we cant listen !
