Yesterday and today I’ve been reading lots of posts on here and it’s been a pleasure to read them for a change. No abuse or rudeness just plan talking weather you agree with people’s views or not. All conducted in an adult fashion.I have also noticed that there’s been a few names that don’t usually post. I have no problem with some on here that don’t agree with my views infact they think I talk out of my backside(and there probably right) but if you do disagree then put your argument in some sort of dignified way Again well done LSN

I would go further and recommend virtual Boardin' group hugz. Probably at 5pm on a Saturday after a win. Not sure if it would be feasible after a loss but maybe would be just about possible after a draw against one of the sleeping giants like Derby or Wycombe.

I would refer you to my previous 20k of posts to enable you to evaluate the seriousness of my previous post.

Where am I not positive? After the spate of recent signings I think we are building a decent squad and suspect it will be strengthened further.

I'm reasonably optimistic about winning promotion but probably not as champions this time. Although I'm not ruling out the treble.

Yes I get the tongue in cheek about the treble and promotion but I think we are one permanent keeper,one/two forwards and a centre back away from a top 10 finish

I would really like to give most on here the benefit and am willing to listen to any opposite opinion to mine and welcome a frank and grown up discussion. For far to long this board has been dominated by a few let’s say very argumentative people who have nothing to do but sit behind a key board and slag people off for no apparent reason other than to be obnoxious and rude. This board like I have said has the potential if used correctly to have open and honest discussions without being personal to each other.
I think the other board is great but I feel it maybe influenced by the club in some way? But that’s only my opinion and there has been many on here that have switched for the very reason I have stated. Sorry to waffle but the answer to your question is,I don’t know

A few years ago I remember meeting a few Os fans pre match, ( never met them before, they were complete strangers to me ) and they were voicing much the same opinion, e.g about this forum being toxic. They came on here a few times then left for good because of that same reason. Be nice if it can become a bit less argumentative and aggressive in future as seems to be the case more recently, will also hopefully lead to new members coming here, hearing different views and ideas about the club and football in general placing new threads and comments etc.

I was dropped from the other board without an explanation. I have since found out that there have been others treated in the same way. Why, probably because I called out Jacket after half a season and I was proved correct. I was critical about Ling when he failed to get a decent manager after 7 attempts.(has since got Wellens in) the other board has links with the club so judge for your self. I was band from this board for only 2 weeks for telling tuffers what a horrible nasty narcissistic person he actually after he was very rude to me and still is. Now I hope that answers your random question Tuffers

I think your find that I’m no alias as you are more than welcome to ask the person who runs the forum. If you call saying what I saw and what I knew about the club then yes you could call that nasty but I was never rude infact I was in contact on a personal level with a few on there and miss there chats I’m no computer buff and no wish to be. If i post on here I try to do it in a polite way and expect to be treated in the same way. There are some on here that just want to be nasty and obnoxious for what ever reason? It’s not my way

I suggest respectfully that you go back a few seasons and look up the history and you will find I’ve been a member on here for a few seasons. Hope that answers your question
