I know Charlton have prospective new owners (yet again) but from what I gather they are not serious investors. The front man was at Sheffield Wednesday a few years back and he's viewed as a bit of a financial rapist there. Add that to the fact that Charlton lost £6.8m in their last accounts, it does not bode well for them. There's an awful lot to be said for stability. Lets hope that is an offer exists, that factors other than money come into play.
