Sick Notes

Post by Forty-Niner »

According to Ross Embleton we already have five players on the injured list.
Not an ideal scenario with just twelve days to go.

And that's why you need strong squad cover. Some players really put their bodies on the line last season, now we need to bring in some reinforcements to allow them to recover properly so they can come back firing when they're ready, not being rushed back too early.

No need to panic Nervous Nerris .
12 days is plenty of time for recovery from life threatening injuries like a sore toe , or a bit of a
tight callf or hamstring .

Its a good job we dont get told about tooth aches migraines or indeed the possibly terminal man-flu .

We'd all be in meltdown !

Perhaps Ross Embleton should get tuffers to do injury updates in future.

Nah , why would i want to inform the desperate few who can't wait 5 minutes for some sort of news about the O's during the off season.

I much prefer seeing them suffer every day on social media trying to satiate themselves ,

Get your injuries out of the way in pre-season. All part of the plan.

I don't know about satiate themselves - more like defecating themselves.

Tuffers didn't say who had the sore toe. It would be fitting if it was Brillo having trouble with a pad.
