When did it sell out - not happy now that the ticket office was closed after Saturday’s game

Was weird they said it was sold out. They sent us 600 tickets and the away end is 1200 and 200 seats

I would take a guess that it must be the paper ticket allocation. Mines an e-ticket. Bit scary for a moment - was “climbing the walls” thinking I wouldn’t be there!
