Boyce and James pleaded guilty at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Monday and were banned from attending football matches for the next five years.

I thought the original poster was joking but he wasn’t. Lee Boyce was indeed a regular on the podcast, appearing many times since this offence took place. Shocking.

Fighting? By the sounds of the report, it was picking on someone unprovoked, outnumbering them, and giving them such a beating that they ended up with a permanent brain injury. That’s not fighting.

I remember there was some chat in the carpark after the game that a few local kids were looking for an "off" with our top boys but I didn't see anything myself.
