I agree with your comments about Len and Labour,But do you really think Britain is a Democracy.
To be Head of State you must be born into a certain family,The Upper House/Lords are either Appointed or are Hereditary so Unelected you have an archaic first past the post voting system where a party can get into Government with 37% of the vote.They Parachute their Mates into safe seats and most of the Cabinet are millionaires.Doesn't sound very Democratic to me.
