Do I sense that Spurs are backtracking on their agreement? Citing that crowds for their ladies games haven't been bigger.

Spurs Ladies are a poor team. Levy not interested in backing them like Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal do . There were only 150 fans at their cup match yesterday (i saw it on BBC I player). Only the Gallery section at BRoad was open

It's going to happen with womens football and belts tightening, nobody really cares about it that much, it's a massive loss maker, you can't be renting football league grounds, full professional squad and coaching staff and getting tiny attendances, the numbers don't work

Are belts tightening in football? Doesn't seem that way. PL continue to waste money & even in Div 2 clubs are spending.I just thinkLevy not interested in his Ladies team

They are businesses and will want to stop any bleeding the problem is balancing that with any PR or sexism, I'm sure Levy will be looking to move to East Thurrock, Bower etc as Orient is far too big for them

Were they at Barnet before? If they move to some non league ground then that is the opposite of what the WSL wants ie more professional set ups

Think so it is, but over half the WSL get's under 4k attendances and that's with dirt cheap tickets, TV coverage, special offers, double up with Premier League games, there isn't the market there for it to be a sustainable business model. If you go minimum attendances Everton had 584 at one game, Tottenham 303

Spurs have a 10 year deal with Orient for the Women's Team to play at BR.

I think they'll be looking for a break clause pretty soon or testing the boards resolve if it comes to legal matters, think there might be a swift payment at the end of the season and that will be that
