Humbled ESI, but your efforts in starting up the league do it for me with FTC now shading us for his fantastic work setting up this board and consigning Crapatalk to history.

As good as he has been of late, all of Bonne, Widdowson, Coulson, Marvin, Koroma and Jobi are well ahead of him.

You might laugh but a look at social media shows that he has to be made favourite for the award at the moment.

Season of two halves for the lad counts him out.
Who cares about social media anyway?

If by half a season you mean a couple of games in August.
I wasn't making a comment as to the worth of socual media, just that he seems to be a lot of people's pick. See it as an exit poll.

All the leading contenders have all had their moments, so hard to pick a winner. For non stop effort and workrate, goals and hardly ever missing a game through suspensions or injury, I would go for Bonne. Not man of the season but hasn't young Dan Happe done really well since he has become a fixture in the team. Watching him at Sutton, won nigh everything in the air and to cap it all, scores a good headed goal !! Well done Dan !!

Gets my vote. I reckon it will be Widdowson with a big deflection off the ref's backside.

The way is see it, the main contenders for POTS are
Coulson
Ekpiteta
Clay
Bonne
Koroma
Coulson and Ekpiteta rule each other out as do Bonne and Koroma, as each has performed better then the other at times this season. Clay has worked tirelessly with little help in centre mid all season and has been very good since October. His engine is immense and we missed him during his absence more then we missed any other player through injury.

Again, I'm making no comment about how well inforned these people are, just that there is a lot of support for Clay. Again, see it as an exit poll.
